Winter’s Eve is back and it’s time for some more dancing in the streets at the Winter’s Eve TD Bank Dance Party on Broadway and 61st Street with The Cafe Wha? House Band! Known to many as “The Best Damn Band in New York City,” the Cafe Wha? House Band has been entertaining audiences at it’s namesake location in historic Greenwich Village five nights a week for over 20 years. Since their inception in 1988, the Cafe Wha? House Band has become the most reputable and well known party band in New York City, and has made its way from its humble beginnings in the basement club to venues across the country and around the world.
Pop, rock, funk, soul, reggae, latin, and more – this band performs all of your favorite styles in a unique and unforgettable way. They will have you singing along to your favorite classics, dancing to the deepest grooves, and even introduce you to some great songs you may have missed along the way. Their performance at Winter’s Eve, like every performance, is a musical celebration and will leave you breathless as their infectious beat fills the night air and colored lights sparkle on the pavement. Performing every Wednesday-Sunday, 52 weeks a year, in the Village, the Cafe Wha?
